We offer three different apartment categories for your vacation in Seis am Schlern at the foot of Seiser Alm; the apartments are suitable for 2 to 6 persons.

Enjoy your vacation in our spacious holiday apartments with comfortable and modern furnishings. The apartments feature one or two bedrooms, living room with seating area, fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious south-facing balcony or terrace.

All statutory charges, taxes and 10% VAT are included in the price. We charge extra local tax of Euro 3,00 per person (aged 14 years and over) per day, payable on departure.

Prices are adjusted if there is an increase in the value added tax.

Should the prices differ from the price list in the booking confirmation then the prices listed according to the valid price list always apply.

Price Conditions
The rate 'from to' refers to the Apartment Type (A, B or B Comfort) and to the occupancy rate (number of people in the apartment).
•    Apartment Type A (from 65-79 m²) with 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each (double bed or two single beds) and living room with double pull-out sofa. A maximum of 6 persons is charged in the Apartment Type A (min. 4 persons).
•    Apartment Type B (from 53-59 m²) with 1 bedroom with double bed, living room with double pull-out sofa. A maximum of 5 persons is charged in the Apartment Type B (min. 2 persons).
•    Apartment Type B Comfort (from 64-70 m²) with 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, living room with double pull-out sofa. A maximum of 5 persons is charged in the Apartment Type B Comfort (min. 3 persons).

Final cleaning charge for 2 persons 90,00 Euro. A supplement of 15,00 Euro is charged for every further person or final cleaning.

For additional person we calculate from Euro 35,00 to Euro 45,00 for night and person.


Included in the rate:
Wifi, VAT, utility costs, bed linen, towels, use of the wellness area.


The Visitor's Tax is not included in the rate.

On the day of arrival  the apartments are ready from 4 p.m.; on the day of departure the apartments have to be vacated by 9 am. In case of late arrival or early departure, and in case of no-show the entire period booked will be charged.

PETS ARE NON ALLOWED!

Wifi, washing machine and storage room for bicycles and skis, and the heated ski boot room are at the disposal of all guests of the Residence.
The private car park can be used by guests of Residence Nussbaumer.

For a fee: Residence Nussbaumer also offers pool and sauna towels, bathrobes, washing machine (in the cellar; shared use) and interim cleaning of the apartment during your stay.

- The sauna and the indoor pool are also open in summer.
- We do not offer bread-delivery service; the bakery and stores are located only 100m from the Residence.


Travel Cancellation Insurance
We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance. The insurance will cover any cancellation fees that might apply.

Cancellation Policy
You have no right to withdraw under the terms of the consumer protection act, however, we will apply the following cancellation policy*:
•    More than 3 months before arrival: No cancellation fee (if a deposit payment has been made,  the amount will be credited for the next booking
•    From 3 months prior to arrival: Apartment rate for 3 days
•    From 28 days before arrival: 100% of the booking value
