• Due to its low temperature of 50°C and air humidity of 10%, the Bio Salt Pine Sauna is also suitable for children. The sauna stimulates the immune system and metabolism and detoxifies the body.
• The Herbal Steam Room stimulates your senses with the finest natural aromas. The herbal steam room with fine aromas of alpine flowers and field herbs from Seiser Alm has an agreeable effect on heart circulation, metabolism, blood circulation, and the skin.
• The Spruce Sauna features porphyry rock panels with fresh spruce branches from Seiser Alm. The natural aromas of spruce have a calming effect and strengthen both body and spirit.
• The Pine Wood Sauna is similar to a classic Finnish sauna: Here you can relax in dry heat. The sauna supports mental relaxation.
• The Steam Room features a relatively low temperature of up to 60°C with very high air humidity (80-100%). Steam rooms are very healthy, prevent illnesses and stimulate metabolism. (Open only in winter!)
