Cancellation Policy:

You have no right to withdraw under the terms of the consumer protection act, however, we will apply the following cancellation policy*:
•    More than 3 months before arrival: No cancellation fee (if a deposit payment has been made,
•    the amount will be credited for the next booking or we send back with charging a processing fee of Euro 20,00)
•    From 3 months prior to arrival: Apartment rate for 3 days
•    From 28 days before arrival: 100% of the booking value
