80 km of perfectly groomed cross-country skiing tracks of different levels of difficulty attract numerous cross-country skiers every year. The 2 km long exercise slope is perfectly suited for all those who want to try cross-country skiing. Experts should try the Jochloipe track for example. The tracks have two or four lanes and are always perfectly groomed. Hence, Seiser Alm with its hilly, snow-covered winter landscape is a true paradise for all cross-country skiers!
Snowboarders feel at home in the Seiser Alm Snowpark. 10 different toboggan runs with splendid panoramas await tobog ganists on Seiser Alm, in Völs am Schlern and in Tiers am Rosengarten. Moonlight sledging is always a very special experience! The unspoiled nature, the lush alpine pastures and forests promise special excursion experiences for snow-shoe hikers and during a ski tour.
The modern cable car facilities on Seiser Alm are only a few minutes drive or 15 minutes walk from the apartments, and 500 m from Villa Nussbaumer, in the centar there is a regular ski shuttle operating between the village centre and the Seiser Alm cable cars. The use of the cable cars is included in the ski pass rate.
