With a surface of 56 km², Seiser Alm is the biggest high-alpine pasture in Europe. Together with the surrounding villages of Kastelruth, Seis am Schlern, Völs am Schlern and Tiers am Rosengarten, Seiser Alm is located in the fascinating mountain world of the Dolomites. Due to their uniqueness and extraordinary beauty, the Dolomites were declared a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site in 2009.
The neat, sunny mountain village Seis am Schlern is located on the high-alpine pasture of Schlern and Seiser Alm. The small village Seis is surrounded by the imposing mountains of the Dolomites, the Schlern Nature Park, and Seiser Alm – and thereby guarantees very special moments and experiences for your vacation in the Schlern area.
The Villa Nussbaumer apartment house is located at the edge of the village of Seis am Schlern, only about 500 m from the village centre. A highlight of Villa Nussbaumer is the quiet and sunny panoramic position in the Schlern area - ideal for recreational and flexible active holidays in South Tyrol. The outdoor pool with large sunbathing lawn in summer, and the sauna (Finnish sauna and steam room) with relaxation room in winter of Residence Nussbaumer, which is 650 m away are at the disposal of Villa Nussbaumer guests.
One of the many advantages of a vacation at the foot of Seiser Alm amidst the Dolomites is the vast offer of leisure time and sports activities, which can be enjoyed in the unspoiled natural landscape of South Tyrol. In summer, the Seiser Alm holiday region awaits you for hiking, mountain-biking, golfing, climbing, horse riding and more. Great skiing pleasures await you in winter: from skiing to cross-country skiing, snow-shoe hiking, ski tours, sledging and snowboarding… winter fun on Seiser Alm knows no limits.
